Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)

Dialectical Behavior Therapy is designed to support individuals for whom traditional talk therapies have not been successful. The program is run in a group setting with participants learning behavior skills necessary to deal with overwhelming emotions and self-harming behaviors. In addition to the interactive “classes,” DBT incorporates homework assignments, encouraging clients to practice these positive behaviors in everyday life. To learn more visit www.ascentria.org/DBT.
