The donation form is not working properly for me. What should I do?
No worries. We can take your contribution by phone during regular business times. Please call our Development Department directly 774.243.3905 or fill out this form and we will call you.

Is the web site secure to process my credit card donation?
Yes! Our donation and registration forms are secure. To be sure that a website is secure, confirm that the URL includes "https" and look for a padlock symbol on your browser. You'll see both when you're on our donation page.

How can I donate?
1. Donating online is your best bet! The process is secure and easy, and this is the most cost-effective way for our organization to accept gifts. To make a donation right now, click here.
2. Giving by phone is the next best thing. Call 774.243.3905 and a representative will take your gift by credit card.
3. You'd rather give by check? No problem! You can make your check payable to "Ascentria Care Alliance." Please write "Greatest Need" or the name of the Ascentria service you are supporting in the memo line of the check. It is also important to complete a donation form and submit it with your check. This helps us acknowledge your donation properly and get you what you'll need for a tax deduction.

Did my donation go through?
Shortly after submitting your credit card donation, you should receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive an email within 24 hours, please call 774.243.3905 and we will confirm or re-process your online donation.

I made a donation through the website but I made a mistake filling out the online form, can you fix that for me?
Please call 774.243.3905 and explain the request. You'll be transferred to a staff member who can adjust the donation to meet your desired specifications.

Will my donations be acknowledged?
Every Ascentria donor is valued and appreciated. If an email address accompanies an online donation, gift acknowledgment is immediate via email.

All donors to Ascentria receive a gift acknowledgment/tax receipt through the US mail. If you have a question about a gift acknowledgment, contact us or call 774.243.3905.

What is a Matching Gift?
Many companies have programs that will match the amount you give to Ascentria — this can make your donation go twice as far (or more!) Please request a matching gift form from your employer (often the Human Resources department) and submit it with your gift, or mail it to Ascentria after making your online gift.

How do I know if my company matches gifts?
You can check with your company's human resources or the corporate giving department to see if they might match your gift. If your employer does not have a matching gift program but makes charitable donations, why not ask them to match your donation? 

My company will match my gift. Where do I send my matching gift form?

Why hasn't my check been cashed yet?
Donations made by check will be deposited approximately 2-3 business days after we receive them in the mail. Thank you for your contribution!
