At Ascentria In-Home Care we proudly care for our Veterans, their spouses and surviving spouses every day. Our commitment to their care is just one of the ways we demonstrate appreciation for their service to our country. These heroes – our fathers, mothers, spouses, and friends – may be eligible for a unique benefit through the US Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) called “Pension with Aid and Attendance.” This benefit may provide reimbursement funding of up to $27,195 a year to help cover medical expenses, including home care services.
Home care helps keep loved ones safe and comfortable at home.
Millions of eligible Veterans and families go without Pension with Aid and Attendance simply because of not knowing about the benefit and inability to pay for home care. We are proud to be a provider for NH Veterans Affairs, and Veterans Care Coordination. Through these programs we are able to assist eligible Veterans and their spouses in applying for and obtaining the Pension with Aid and Attendance Benefit through the VA. What makes these partnerships unique is the fact that Veterans Care Coordination and can offer financial assistance to clients who cannot afford to pay for the up-front, out-of-pocket expense of home care.
You may be eligible if you are a:

Veteran/surviving spouse with a medical condition which is not related to military service.
Veteran/surviving spouse who requires assistance with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, eating, medication management and personal care.
