This Women’s History Month, we’re proud to shine a light on the incredible women leaders at Ascentria whose passion, resilience, and compassion inspire us every day.

Meet Sabrina Moore, Director of In-Home Care, whose journey is a beautiful reflection of growth, purpose, and service.

“During college, I found a flexible job that let me work with amazing people in their homes. I changed my major several times before realizing that what truly brought me joy was helping people.”

That realization led Sabrina to pursue a degree in Social Services, and ultimately, a 15-year career (and counting!) with Ascentria. From working directly in the field to coordinating services, becoming a Program Manager, and now serving as Director, Sabrina has walked in the shoes of every team member she now leads.

“My role has evolved significantly, but I have a deep understanding of what each person in our program does. I empathize with the joys and frustrations they experience daily.”

Sabrina’s leadership is rooted in empathy, experience, and a deep belief in people’s potential. What makes her most proud?

“Watching people grow, achieve their goals, and celebrating their accomplishments. I truly enjoy mentoring individuals and giving them the confidence to pursue everything they aspire to.”

She’s also inspired by the women around her:

“What inspires me is seeing all the strong women who stand up to advocate for a better world, both in large and small ways.”
