Are you an experienced recruiter looking for a new challenge? Ascentria Care Alliance is looking for a recruitment and sourcing specialist for our senior living division. We are looking for someone who enjoys challenges and can help us build our recruiting efforts from the ground up. They will be helping build relationships with schools/colleges and local programs to help build our talent pipeline.
This is a hybrid position and will be traveling to our 5 locations in MA and CT.
The Family Specialist provides clinical case management, working in multiple systems, including family homes, schools, child protection and courts. Both group and individual clinical work is conducted with adults, children, foster families and birth families. The family specialist identifies the needs of children/families and then develops and implements treatment plans to strengthen families and help them work toward safety, permanency and wellbeing.
Ascentria Care Alliance is on the lookout for a Senior Vice President to join our executive team and unleash the potential of our clients and employees! The senior vice president will use their entrepreneurial spirit to build this brand new division from the ground up. Working alongside the executive team, the senior vice president is responsible for creating an entirely new business area within the organization, focused on unleashing the potential in people – both those who work for the organization and those who are served by it. This is a critical lynchpin of the strategy of the organization, which will create the vision, the funding, and the execution of an entirely new area of focus for Ascentria Care Alliance. We are looking for someone who is a visionary leader with experience developing key relationships with local resources for our clients as well as helping design career pathways for our current and future clients.
