We Put People First

Why Work at Ascentria?

Our staff, program participants, and community members are the heart of our mission, and the big picture of their lived experiences informs everything we do.

Our mission doesn’t stop at the people we serve, we are committed to caring for our team members and equipping the people in our organization to grow and thrive in their careers.

Our Work Starts Within.

Studies have shown that women and people of color are less likely to apply for jobs unless they meet every single qualification. At Ascentria, we are dedicated to building a diverse, inclusive and authentic workplace, so if you’re excited about a role but your past experiences don’t align perfectly with every qualification in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyway. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles.
