In-Home Care strives to offer the best possible experience to clients and staff, so all of our services are designed to meet clients’ needs. Some of the things that set us apart from other agencies:

  • We are one of the largest providers of non-medical home care in NH, providing services to over 400 clients with our 300 caregivers.
  • Caregivers and clients meet before the first shift, or ahead of time, to ensure a good connection before services begin.
  • Caregivers are pre-screened, bonded and covered by Ascentria Workers Compensation insurance.
  • Medicaid, VA, and private payment options, including long-term care insurance.

Meet Our Team

Meet our dedicated team of program administrators, regional coordinators and  support staff.

Amy Moore

Program Director

Amy joined In-Home Care in 2008 and became program director in 2015. She studied at the University of New Hampshire and Granite State College, earning her bachelor’s Degree in communications with a minor in public relations.

Amy is a passionate advocate for others and believes that everyone should have the opportunity to thrive.

She enjoys living on the Seacoast with her daughter and their two cats and rescue dog.

Sabrina Moore

Sr. Program Manager

A graduate of Southern New Hampshire University with a bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Sabrina has worked for In-Home Care since 2010, starting as a regional care coordinator before becoming program manager in 2015. Sabrina has worked in Home Health since 2007 and has experience in the field and administration. 

Sabrina loves living on the Seacoast with her husband Adam. On the weekends you can find her hanging out with her friends and family at the ocean, kayaking, hiking, reading or tackling home projects.

Cheryl Marsh

Training and Compliance Manager

Cheryl began working for Ascentria in 2011 and became the In-Home Care Training and Compliance Manager in 2018.

Cheryl has a Bachelor’s Degree in social sciences from Granite State College and has worked in the nonprofit world for most of her working life, focusing on training and support to future and current employees. Cheryl enjoys spending time with her large family, watching her grandchildren play sports, camping with her husband, working on her small farm and sitting on her deck reading.

Denise Germano

Administrative and Data Manager

Denise has worked at In-Home Care since 2012, and she is the point of contact for inquiries regarding private care. Denise has spent her career dedicated to nonprofits and enjoys providing support to our IHC program, making sure our staff have the tools to support their work.

She has a bachelor’s degree in music and loves playing the piano and guitar. Denise’s hobbies include kayaking, gardening, camping, traveling and caring for her rescue dog and cats.

Olga Roy

Program Assistance

Olga joined Ascentria in 2011, working for Good News Garage. In 2018 Olga came to work as the Concord Office Administrator and in 2022 she joined In-Home Care full time. Olga enjoys working with people and is always there to listen and support others in any way she can. “Ascentria has helped me develop new skills and challenged my mind and the way I look at circumstances and situations.”

She is an avid reader who loves the outdoors (in spring, summer and fall).

Sarah Dixon

Assistant Program Manager

Sarah started working at Ascentria in 2004 and joined In-Home Care in 2006. In 2018, she returned as a regional care coordinator before becoming assistant program manager later that year.

Sarah graduated Colorado State University with a bachelor’s degree in Anthropology and a minor in History. She is a live-in caregiver for her adult brother who has a developmental disability. Sarah and her brother can be seen around Concord at live music events and in the Newfound Lake region swimming and boating.

Personal Care Service Providers, or PCSPs support chronically ill or senior individuals with:

  • Companionship
  • Meals Assistance
  • Medication Reminders
  • Recreational Activities
  • Bathing and Personal Care
  • Light Housekeeping and Laundry
  • And More

 

All of our PCSPs are currently following COVID-19 prevention guidelines and we are working hard to keep our staff and clients safe.

We Offer You:

  • Comprehensive support from the In-Home Care staff. Caregivers have access to a licensed therapist, because taking care of others works best when you take care of yourself.
  • As an Ascentria employee, full-time caregivers are eligible for benefits including medical, vision and dental insurance, paid time off, and paid holidays.
  • Flexible scheduling: 2 hours per week to 40 hours per week providing services based on the needs of clients and caregivers.
  • Paid training for caregivers and a mentorship program to ensure proper training when working in the field.
