Three New Key Appointments to Advance Strategic Growth and Excellence in Senior Care

Lauran Raduazo joins as Chief People Officer, bringing over 20 years of experience at the intersection of clinical operations, healthcare business leadership, and strategic human resources. Lauran is widely recognized for architecting people strategies that drive operational, cultural, and financial performance across complex and fast-paced industries. She is a proven leader in workforce transformation, HR modernization, and cultural reinvention, particularly in highly regulated environments. By integrating behavioral science with AI-powered people analytics, Lauran builds scalable, data-informed solutions that future-proof workforce planning, enhance leadership pipelines, and strengthen organizational resilience.

Kristine Binette has been named Vice President of Senior Living Operations. Kristine brings a rich background in senior living leadership, having served as a CCRC Executive Director, Nursing Home Administrator, and Occupational Therapist. Her deep operational expertise spans leadership development, reimbursement, case management, and elder care. Kristine is passionate about helping seniors live their most independent and fulfilling lives, and her people-first leadership style has consistently driven excellence in care delivery, team engagement, and resident satisfaction.

Andrew Freilich has been appointed Chief of Strategic Business Development. Andrew brings a strong track record in senior living operations and a passion for mission-aligned innovation. In this new role, he will lead strategic initiatives that enhance organizational performance and expand Ascentria’s partnerships and services across the region.
