We’re excited to share that we are moving our Worcester headquarters and client center to a new office at 18 Chestnut Street, right in the heart of downtown!
This isn’t just a change in address—it’s a transformative leap toward a more collaborative, accessible, and mission-driven future for our organization and the people we serve.
Why We’re Moving
As demand for our services has grown, so have the limitations of our current Shattuck Street location. From limited space and high operating costs to accessibility challenges, it’s time for a change that supports the needs of both our clients and our team.
What’s Coming
Our new headquarters will be part of the established Nonprofit Center in Worcester, alongside partners like the WIC Program, RISE, Worcester Community Action Council, and more. The 24,615 sq. ft. space is a blank canvas—and we’re building it with purpose:
- A welcoming reception and family-friendly waiting area
- Four new classrooms for client learning and workshops
- Expanded intake rooms, clinician rooms and family meeting spaces
- Expanded staff areas, huddle spaces, flex spaces and conference/meeting rooms
- A large event room for 100+ guests and additional opportunities for collaboration
Timeline
Our move-in date for the new space is October 1 and we’re excited for the opportunity to host events and gatherings with you, our community, in this new office. But to get there, we need your help!
In the coming weeks we’ll be sharing ways for you to get involved; presently, we’re looking for corporate and individual sponsors to help build our new welcome center!
