Elder Care

Elder care is offered by member facilities of Ascentria Care Alliance. These facilities provide a broad range of affordable residential and community-based programs to meet the full spectrum of needs of older adults and their families.

Our focus is on each person’s individual physical, social, and spiritual needs. We provide three transitional living options: congregate living; assisted living, which provides moderate help with ADLs; and independent one-bedroom apartments.
